- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey (you can get creative here- I sometimes use Apple syrup)
- 20 peppercorns (roughly cracked, I put the pepper in a plastic bag and hit it with a meat mallet)
- 2 lb. flank steak
