Description
Let's “toast” to a summer of Gordon! This is a Mediterranean appetizer that combines two of Greece's finest exports: olive oil and feta cheese. The olive oil tames the briny feta just as Chef Gordon Ramsay tames the fire between the restaurant chefs in episodes of Gordon Ramsay's 24 Hours to Hell and Back.

- 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 fresh parsley (tabelspoon, minced)
- 1/4 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp. dried basil
- 1 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 1 pinch fine sea salt
- toast points (or crostini)

Directions
- In a small bowl whisk together the olive oil, parsley, oregano, basil, red pepper and salt until well combined.
- Pour the oil mixture over the feta and toss gently to coat.
- Plate the feta in a bowl with crostini on the side.
