I adapted the recipe, I added zoete rode punt paprika, I used less oil (safflower oil) and more vinegar, less salt, pepper, lots of basil but added it earlier to let it soak with the rest of the flavours for around 5 hours in the fridge. Absolutely delicious, everyone loved it.
