- 2 garlic cloves (pressed)
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 8 oz. cheddar (sharp, I used white cheddar)
- 8 oz. pepper jack
- 8 oz. cream cheese (very chilled)
