Delicious! Thank you for sharing. I live in San Diego and with some fresh tuna this is just as tasty as what is being served up at the craft food venues over the border in Baja. I Think it’s best to discard the seeds from the chiles before making the sauce Also, I think olive oil suited my taste a little better than grape seed oil in the hot sauce. Enjoy!
