- 1 cup granulated sugar (plus 1 to 2 tablespoon, depending on sweetness of plums)

- 12 plums (smallish purple Italian purple, halved and pitted)
- 2 tsp. fresh lemon juice

So good, I made it a second time this week. Great way to use up less than perfect fruit. Will definitely try it with other stone fruits as well.
