I have made this recipe often enough now to burn out my family on it (but not me—I make my own personal flatbreads using a half-recipe!) I use 600g cauliflower in the full version rather than the recommended 750g. I strongly prefer thin crust pizza in every variation, and dislike soggy crusts at all. Cutting down the cauliflower helped get it thin and crispy.

I made it and it is yummy!! I added mini turkey pepperonis and fresh mushrooms. I used shredded mozzarella instead of sliced. I would add more sauce than what is recommended! the crust was perfect!!!
