This was fantastic! I used some links to make various components of this dish....
Instead of buying pre-made sauce, I made my own: https://onesweetappetite.com/margarita-chicken/
For the rice, I used this basmati rice instant pot recipe: https://www.pressurecookrecipes.com/instant-pot-basmati-rice/#steps.
I marinated the chicken, sauteed the peppers separately, cooked the beans in another pot, and reduced the marinade.... It turned out AMAZING!!! Made for Mom and Keith.
