It turned out pretty great, and I will definitely make it again. I thought I was doing myself a favor, though, by doubling the recipe so that we’d have leftovers the next day. But the rice turned mushy the next day, so that was disappointing. The flavors were still great. I just won’t make such a huge batch next time.

This turned out nicely. I doubled the recipe and added two teaspoons of cayenne red pepper and two table spoons of red pepper flakes. The taste and seasoning were perfect for our guests
