    Rubber!! I don’t like the texture - it seems the hot water ruins the balance of ingredients makes it too dense and rubbery. I’ll try to make this again without the hot water.

    Super easy and the bread is moist and very tasty; I use frozen banana so I can add extra liquid to the recipe. The swirl gives it a very nice look! Everyone loved it - I double it every time because it goes so fast! Very good recipe

    Absolutely delicious, I added a small bit more than 1/2 cup of chopped walnuts and before the cake had a chance to cool it was “gone!” So I’m now making a second cake!!!
