This is a huge hit with my family! I even forgot the 3 tbs of water in the banana batter and it still came out delicious!

It was very good and easy to make!
I added an egg bc I thought it might not be structured otherwise
I don’t know if it made a difference but the bread turned out very nice.

Came out great. Used 50/50 whole wheat flour, to make it a more filling breakfast option, and it worked well.

Rubber!! I don’t like the texture - it seems the hot water ruins the balance of ingredients makes it too dense and rubbery. I’ll try to make this again without the hot water.

Super easy and the bread is moist and very tasty; I use frozen banana so I can add extra liquid to the recipe. The swirl gives it a very nice look! Everyone loved it - I double it every time because it goes so fast!

Absolutely delicious, I added a small bit more than 1/2 cup of chopped walnuts and before the cake had a chance to cool it was “gone!” So I’m now making a second cake!!!
