  • 1 shallots (large, minced)
  • 1 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 2 Tbsp. fermented black beans (rinsed, chopped)
  • 2 Tbsp. ginger (grated, I keep it frozen and use a microplane)
  • 1 Tbsp. orange zest
  • 1 lapsang souchong (teabag)
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. dry sherry
  • 2 Tbsp. maple syrup
  • cilantro (for garnish, optional)
  • 2 zucchini (sliced into noodles, salted, rinsed, patted dry)
  • 1 head broccoli (cut into large florets)
  • 2 Tbsp. sesame seeds
  • 1/2 Tbsp. maple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp. brown rice vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. chili garlic sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. toasted sesame oil
  • oil (light olive or walnut)
