- 500 grams pork mince (mixed)
- 3/4 cup fresh breadcrumbs (I used Panko)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 eggs (lightly whisked)
- 2 tsp. tomato chutney (I didn't have this so i skipped)
- 2 tsp. soy sauce
- 2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
- 3 tsp. cider vinegar
- 1 onion (small, grated, on the cheese grater)
- 1/2 apple (grated, I used a granny smith- green one)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce (yes the one you put on your chips)
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. cider vinegar (I just used 3 Tablespoons cider vinegar)
- 1 Tbsp. sweet chilli sauce
- 2 tsp. maple syrup (I used 1 Tablespoon)
- 1 tsp. instant coffee powder
- 3 tsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 12 Tbsp. chopped parsley
