- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp. pure maple syrup

Directions
- In medium saucepan, add carrots and enough water to cover. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium-high and cook 6 minutes or until crisp-tender; drain.
- In same saucepan, toss carrots with remaining ingredients. Garnish, if desired, with chopped fresh parsley.

Great flavor. I cut carrots and cooked until tender,drained them then added everything else. It coated the carrots well and provided a little extra umph to my carrots

I boiled my baby carrots for probably half an hour & they still weren't done enough. I liked them ok, but the maple & Dijon combo did not agree with my husband's taste buds. Probably won't make again.
