    Roasting time is far too long. The recipe calls for 45 minutes at 300 degrees. After 35 minutes, I smelled it burning and ran. I would start at 25 minutes and check. I did use 1.5x the ingredients because I was using seeds from two pumpkins, so maybe that threw the cook time off. I was disappointed, because it smells delicious.

    This is an awesome recipe. Best one I’ve tried. So good!! Made it for a luncheon. The trick will be having any left by tomorrow.
