Home run! Quick, easy and my husband loved it! We put the salmon over a salad and that was dinner. I will definitely make this again and again.

Best salmon I’ve ever had! Substituted sriracha for Cattleboyz BBQ sauce. Used fresh Atlantic salmon.

2018-04-06. Did not marinate the salmon , poured half the marinade on the fish cooked 10 min. Boiled the marinade for 5 min , then brushed it in the fish , broiled for 3 min. Delicious- added grated ginger and siracha to the marinade

Loved it! Made double the sauce marinated the meat for 2o minutes. I then poured the other half on the salmon after it cooked for ten minutes, then broiled for an additional twenty minutes.

Excellent. Would not modify or change at all! Great balance of ingredients, not too sweet or salty.

Turned out very well! My only suggestion would be a little less syrup. Came out a little too sweet for me, but that's personal preference. It was delicious!

Poured a little more maple in the marinade but other than that I went exactly by the directions. This is some of the best salmon dishes I’ve ever had! I made it over rice and served it with broccoli and cheese. Will be making again!!

It was wonderful! My whole family loves this sauce over rice. Easy to make.
My 11 year daughter wants to learn how to make it by herself. Certainly tastes authentic.
