- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp. toasted sesame oil
- 2 Tbsp. rice vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce (or tamari, for gluten-free)
- 1 garlic clove (minced)
- 1/8 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper
- glaze (Maple Sesame, see below)
- 1 lb. broccoli (if desired, steamed to desired doneness)
- 3 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 1 tsp. toasted sesame oil
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce (/tamari)
- ground ginger (pinch dry)
- 1/2 tsp. chives (minced)
- 2 Tbsp. toasted sesame seeds (I used 2 T, and as you can see from the pictures, it was kind of a lot)
