Made for a work potluck and everyone loved the dish. Left the walnuts off.

Everything came out perfect! However if you are using all natural maple syrup, I suggest adding a little more then instructed. The Brussels sprouts were like candy!

Very good and simple. I might add a little more maple syrup next time.

We loved it! I left out the walnuts to save time. I did use fresh thyme and that made it very good. I think it will be a go to for fall vegetables!

It turned out great. I am not a big fan of Brussel sprouts but this made them better. My husband loved it.

What a hit! Even the non-vegetable eaters enjoyed this dish! I ended up skipping the walnuts and they weren’t missed a bit.
