I’ve made twice so far and they’re very tasty. The first time they got a little more charred than I’d like. I doubled the amount of glaze, and cooked at 400 instead of 450 the second time. They are very sticky and stuck to the pan quite a bit though.

Everything came out perfect! However if you are using all natural maple syrup, I suggest adding a little more then instructed. The Brussels sprouts were like candy!

We loved it! I left out the walnuts to save time. I did use fresh thyme and that made it very good. I think it will be a go to for fall vegetables!

It turned out great. I am not a big fan of Brussel sprouts but this made them better. My husband loved it.
