The maple syrup caramelized nicely. I would reduce the suggested temperature to 375 and the cook time to 30-35 minutes to give the carrots a firmer texture.

Maple syrup burned in the corner of the pan. I also didn’t follow the recipe perfectly so it may be my error, but be careful of the temp.

I doubled the the glaze and put half on before and drizzled the rest halfway through the cooking. Very yummy!

Delicious, the red chili flakes add the perfect amount of heat. Absolutely will make again.

This turned out really well. Even my father, who usually doesn’t like caramelized carrots, actually liked these. Will be making these again.

I left out the chili flakes because my kids can't do heat in any way. If I were making these for myself alone, I will add the chili flakes. The sweetness needs the heat to balance it.

It burned! The 450 was too hot and the time I believe was to long in the oven. I won’t be adding the red pepper flakes again either. It ruined the sweet of the maple syrup.
