I’ve made this many times. An easy way to get a healthy dose of vegetables with amazing, yet, simple, flavor.

This turned out great! I had sweet potatoes I needed to use, so I did those instead of the butternut. I cut the Brussels sprouts in half and only did 20 min with my changes.

This was such a Thanksgiving hit that we had to make it again for Christmas, using sugar free syrup!

We love roasted veggies of all sorts and with all kinds of seasonings, but THIS! Oh, my word, was it a super big hit with everyone at our Christmas table. I'm stocking up on fresh cranberries to freeze before they run out for the season, so we can enjoy this one on a regular basis. BIG YUM!!!

Great! Delicious side for thanksgiving or anytime. I did find the squash could cook a little longer than brussel sprouts.

This is a go-to side dish for us now. Great way to get in your veggies with a ton of extra flavor.

Made this as a side for Thanksgiving and it turned out perfectly! It was a big hit, and was super easy. Will definitely make again.

Sooo good. I love how the cranberries turned out. I didn’t get much of the maple syrup, which is fine. I live in Colorado at a higher elevation and some of the Brussels sprouts got very crispy (although still good). I’m going to try to figure out the temperature/cook time adjustment to balance that out.

Loved the recipe! Super easy and beautiful holiday dish. I left out the maple syrup and added spinach and garlic to make it a little healthier. Yum!

Looks good but I found it rather bland. I would definitely spice it up more.

Yum! I deviated slightly in the quantities of ingredients, and I slow roasted it along with potatoes and a ham for 1.5 hrs on 275. They turned out so tasty! The perfect complement to our meal.

This did not not turn out so good when i made it. Picture looked pretty but the ingredients ratio didn’t make for a good recipe. I would suggest changing things around a bit to your own taste.
