A fabulous little recipe! This side dish is perfect for a chilly fall day when you want to fill the house with great smells.. It was fairly simple to prepare and delicious. I did bake the squash longer than the time called for--maybe a total of about 1 hour just to let it fully caramelize and give it good color.
