- 5 granny smith (pink lady, or honeycrisp apples, peeled, cored, and sliced thin, 1/4" thickness)

- 1/2 cup coconut oil (or butter, softened, or a combination of the 2, what I did based on what I had)
- 2/3 cup pecans
- 3/4 cup almond meal (or flour)
- 1 Tbsp. pure maple syrup
- 1/2 cup coconut flakes (unsweetened)
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 3 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp. ground allspice
