Absolutely great way to start the day. Incredibly easy to make. Not too sweet, so it doesn't spike your blood sugar early in the morning. I prefer to heat it up, but it doesn't seem bad to eat it cold either. I use coconut milk instead of almond milk (she says in the recipe you can pick between the two.) So far, this is my second week eating it, and I've been very happy!

This was so yummy. I didn't add all the maple syrup that was called for in the oatmeal itself and it was still delicious.
