This will be my next pancake adventure. Having been raised in nothern Wisconsin during the depression I consider myself to be an expert judge of good pancake recipes. The brown sugar and maple syrup is an interesting pancake recipe difference. Thanks Diane and all of the other people who are developing such interesting and tasty recipes. Evans Newstrom
