I made this with smoked suck breast. While a simple recipe, it was tasty. it was difficult to keep the glaze on!

Changed maple syrup to honey, the same amount.
Great recipe. My wife said it was the best duck breast I've ever cooked for her.

tender, juicy, and tasty. I cooked it on medium, put it in the oven and it was done in 5 minutes. My wife said it was pretty good 🐙. High praise for her.

This was amazing!! Initially I thought that the orange might be overpowering, but it blended perfectly
