The turned out great! I loved the sweet potatoes...I will definitely make this again

The chicken and the sweet potatos were a different twist. Tasted great, little high on the calories when trying to diet. Overall i would make it again. Well done.

This meal was really good - the sweet potaties were our favorite! The only problem we had was in making the maple-balsamic reduction...we must have done it wrong, because we ended up carmelizing the sugar in the maple syrup and it looked (and felt) like tar:-( I will be attempting this again in the future!
