really delicious, especially if made a little spicier. only downside is that they tend to be a tad sticky if not served immediately. i may have been a bit heavy handed with the maple syrup. great recipe.

Excellent recipe. Searing time is a bit optimistic though, it’s more like 10 Minutes to get nice color on the carrots before putting in oven.
