Great way to serve carrots. Carrots are not usually a favourite in our house but this recipe saves the day. Lovely flavour and enjoyed by all.

Family loved the carmelized carrots. I loved how easy and quick it was. Also broiled them for the last 2 minutes.

Followed everything, then converted for 10 minutes. Tasty, but still a bit crunch for my taste.

First time making carrots. I didn’t cook them quite long enough, so they were a little crunchy. My partner said they were yummy!

This came out SO good. I used locally harvested syrup and baby carrots sliced in half diagonally.

My kids actually ate their carrots with no objections this time! :-) I cant even tell you what a relief it is to finally have a carrot recipe that is as easy as boiling water & is good enough to please my picky eaters. Thank you so much for sharing this.

I make a double batch of these every Thanksgiving. I think the organic carrots and real maple syrup is the trick. I make a day ahead and reheat the day of. They are so delicious! The kiddos love them too.

Very good and now that I know how to make them, easy. Used our carrots out of the garden and I added another tbl of maple syrup.
