I make a double batch of these every Thanksgiving. I think the organic carrots and real maple syrup is the trick. I make a day ahead and reheat the day of. They are so delicious! The kiddos love them too.

Very good and now that I know how to make them, easy. Used our carrots out of the garden and I added another tbl of maple syrup.

really delicious, especially if made a little spicier. only downside is that they tend to be a tad sticky if not served immediately. i may have been a bit heavy handed with the maple syrup. great recipe.

Excellent recipe. Searing time is a bit optimistic though, it’s more like 10 Minutes to get nice color on the carrots before putting in oven.

I am only giving it three stars because my family isn't super carrot fans. If you like carrots, then this would probably be a 5 star recipe for you. It was super easy too.

I agree with the instructions...don’t use baby carrots. Regular carrots work better.
