This was a very simple recipe that I would absolutely make again! Carrots and Walnuts glazed in Butter and Maple Syrup? WOAH! YUMMM!!!

Definitely made it onto my “make-again” list.. I have never been a fan of carrots until I tried this recipe and the nuts put it over the top.
