- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2/3 cup soy milk (unflavored)
- 1/4 cup canola oil (or any neutral flavored baking oil)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 28 oz. coconut cream (or coconut milk, refrigerated at least 12 hours, ideally 24-48 hours)
- 1/4 cup maple syrup (or to taste, can sub agave)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
