Tastes amazing! I don't know where they get the cooking time for these things, the first time it felt like an hour on the stove.. Those last 10 degrees Celsius took forever. Only took 10 minutes to cool and was very thick and difficult to mix, but I managed. Also mixed some pecans in. There was a lot of residue I couldn't scrape out of the pot with the silicone spatula. Once the fudge was in the fridge I used a wooden spoon to scrape the pot and the scraping's texture was like maple taffy.
The second time I made this, it was easy to mix, which concerned me. It also scraped into the mold easily. It took quite a while to harden, and is still soft, but firm enough!
