Great Salad Dressing! A bit thin... may work well to massage heavier greens like Kale.

i found this recipe very useful because now i have a template i can easily remember for a variety of vinegar-free salad dressings.

Very light dressing but a bit sweet so I added Dijon mustard and a smashed garlic clove.
