  • 1 tablespoon oil (I used avocado oil)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg (optional, but recommended)
  • 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt (each, and fresh ground pepper, or to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
