I made mini loaves out of this recipe and they are delicious! I kade a couple of modifications based on preference and staple items I had available (I used 1/4 c of white sugar, 4 bananas, and 1 tbsp of maple syrup + 1/2 tbsp of vanilla extract, and threw in ~1/4 c butterscotch chips. Next time, for the mini loaves I'll start watching them at the 45 minute mark -- 50 was too cooked, I think. Great recipe! Thanks!

I didn’t have maple flavoring so I just used vanilla. It still turned out delicious.

A very tasty banana bread that turned out great. I made mine with a crumble topping and it was fantastic.

I customised the recipe due to allergies and ingredients on hand and made these into muffins which turned out fantastic!!
I swapped the butter for coconut oil, used wholemeal flour, added 1tsp cinnamon, didn't use any maple syrup flavouring or white sugar and only added half the brown sugar.
They were simple and tasted incredible 😀👍

This banana bread was moist and delicious. I used a tiny bit less brown sugar and used real maple syrup instead of the maple flavoring. It probably wasn't as strong of a maple flavor as the original recipe but it tasted great! I also added some chopped walnuts. This recipe was a hit and will definitely be used again!

I made it as muffins and they were super delicious and moist. The cooking time for each batch was 17 minutes.
