Ok, so I added a few more ingredients Oh boy was it good so, I used grated red radishes, because I didn’t have horseradish. Then, I added garlic, ginger, black pepper, Trader Joe’s Umami, and black sesame I marinated the tuna for 2 hours. Dang was it good. I also scored points with the husband.

Turned out great I added a little fresh ginger to the recipe. Nice and simple the way I like it

I marinated mine for a day or two Very nice flavor and super easy. My son loved it and guest. Will definitely make again.
