    Very good plantain recipe. I added apple cider vinegar and omitted the onions this time. Will make again!

    It turned out great. I’ve built some upper body strength with the mashing though.

    Amazing, for softer mangú add a sweet plantain and it taste better, I made the onions with the vinegar and a little bit of water and butter and it came out amazing

    It turned out very well. I added the onion powder and it did make it tastes a whole better. I grew up eating mangú for breakfast so it took me back to my childhood.
