- 1/2 cup mango (puree, I bought my mango puree from an Indian store. They are sweeter and more flavorful than the other brands I have tried)
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 Tbsp. dried cranberries
- 1 tsp. brown sugar (more or less depending on your preference)
- 1 tsp. desiccated coconut

I always make my own oatmeal this variation is different because of mangoes, one of my fav fruit. It's tart atypical of oatmeal despite the sugar added, maybe bec of the purée I used, oh well! I am going back to my usual plain oatmeal taste just enhance it with cinnamon, brown sugar apples and raisins.
