So simple but delicious. I made jam 3 ways using this same recipe. First one, I followed the recipe exactly as instructed. Second, I roasted the mangoes. Third, I added half jalapeño and half habanero, including stems and seeds. All 3 came out delicious!!! Thank you!

Excellent yet simple recipe. Like that it requires little sugar compared to other recipes. (We have about 10 mango trees, 5 varieties, so always trying to find something to do with the excess mangoes and this will be added to the list.)

Delishy!
I used 1 Mango and cut recipe to suit. It yielded 1 full Ball Elite 1/2 pint mason jar.
I will be making this again ........and again........ and probably sooner than I think. As I am enjoying the fruits of my labor as I am writing this review ( corny - I know but it's late and I can't help myself ) ........... Yum ..............Water Crackers topped with Laughing Cow and Mango Jam. -------- I recommend you make some and join me!
