  • 2 cups mango (purée)
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 2/3 cups vanilla custard (or pudding)
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

    Directions

    1. Combine ingredients. Churn in an ice cream maker or transfer to a loaf pan, cover and freeze until a 2/3 inch hardened rim forms around edge of pan. Whisk until mixture is homogenous then return to pan and freeze until almost firm. Whisk together again then freeze until firm.
