- 1/2 Tbsp. shallots (chopped, or 1 tbsp of the whitish portion of green onions)
- 2 Tbsp. pure maple syrup (or agave nectar, or more to taste, as needed)

Good. I was hoping my kids would like it, but no luck. It tasted good on my salad, though. Might be good with pineapple instead of mango, too.
