  • 2 tablespoons lime juice (freshly squeezed, or red wine vinegar)
  • 1/4 cup water (+ 2–3 tsp or more if desired to thin out)
  • 1/2 tablespoon shallots (chopped, or 1 tbsp of the whitish portion of green onions)

    Good. I was hoping my kids would like it, but no luck. It tasted good on my salad, though. Might be good with pineapple instead of mango, too.
