    If possible, I think the carrots would benefit from a light 5-10 minute steam first which would go a long ways to tenderizing them making them much easier to puree and blend into a smooth drink. My vitamix had to work very hard to not have little crunchy bits of carrot. If textures are not a problem for you then disregard!

    I love this smoothie. I didn't know how to cut a mango properly. So I added a mix of frozen mango and pineapple chunks since that’s all I had. I think you get a little sweetness from the pineapple. I’ll have to try with just frozen mango and compare. A+ 🙂👍🏻
