This recipe is the best! Next time, however, I would not add vanilla extract since it makes the flavor taste like coconut. But still, it's awesome!

Made this along with my eggs and toast this morning and it was the best breakfast I've had in a while. Not only was it good but it's also low in calories so that's a bonus.
