- 3/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 4 Tbsp. unsalted butter (softened)
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups banana (mashed very ripe)
- 1/3 cup greek yogurt (I used plain, but if you could find Mango... use that!)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2/3 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup mango (chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. shredded sweetened coconut
