I only used 1 mandarin and 1/4 avocado, and used toasted walnuts instead of the almonds. I made an oil and lemon juice dressing. It would be pretty dry without the dressing. It made 1 moderately sized serving.

This is a quick and easy salad to make and it taste great with an avocado salad dressing I forgot to add the avocados in the recipe.
