- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1 tsp. poppy seeds
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. mustard (dried)
- 1 pinch cayenne
- 5 oz. mixed greens (I used an power mix of organic baby spinach, baby kale, chard and mizuna)
- 3 clementines (or mandarins, peeled and tossed with a little olive oil)
- 2 avocados (halved and sliced)
- 1/4 cup red onion (sliced vertically)
- 1/3 cup pomegranate seeds
