I did modify it. Instead of using spicy ketchup is used regular ketchup and Instead of using chopped mushroom i used canned mushroom for my husbands and the guest to stuff the onion. Then topped it of with dried parsley from a bottle. Turned out pretty tasty..My guest loved it.
