- 1 cup green pepper (chopped, from about one bell pepper)

- 1 Tbsp. oregano
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. rosemary
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp. thyme
- 1/4 cup sucanat (or coconut sugar, or dark brown sugar)
- 1 slice sourdough (bakery bread, We like Breadsmith or Berlin spelt)
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- meat sauce (Mama’s, above)
- 3 basil leaves
- mozzarella (Sliced good-quality)
