This is a gluten free recipe for meatloaf that can be easily prepared early and frozen
Ingredients

- 1 1/2 lb. ground round
- 1/2 cup tomato juice
- 1 cup oats (uncooked, quick or old-fashioned)
- 1 egg (slightly beaten)
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. chopped garlic
- 1/3 cup sauce (Dales steak seasoning)
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 tsp. gluten (Spike's, Free seasoning salt)
- 3/4 cup diced tomatoes (drained petite)
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce (Stubb's Original)

Directions
- 1. Preheat oven to 350°.
- Sauté onion and garlic in hot oil in a small skillet over medium heat 5 minutes or until tender.
- Whisk together egg, steak sauce, garlic powder, seasoned salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
