  • 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
  • 1/2 cup italian seasoned dry bread crumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 jar (1 lb. 8 oz.) Ragu® Old World Style® Pasta Sauce, divided (1 lb. 8 oz.)
  • 12 ounces spaghetti (cooked and drained)

    1. Combine ground beef, bread crumbs, eggs and 1/2 cup Pasta Sauce in medium bowl; shape into 18 meatballs.
    2. Bring remaining Pasta Sauce to a boil over medium-high heat in 12-inch skillet. Gently stir in uncooked meatballs. Reduce heat to low and simmer covered, stirring occasionally, 20 minutes or until meatballs are done.
    3. Serve over hot spaghetti.

    The meatballs fell apart even after cooking for 30 minutes which created a meat mess and the flavor was lacking. This recipe wasn't good for me.

    Would be better if meat balls were sealed before put them into sauce.

    Easy and basic. Add extra flavor. But the sauce should do the magic.

    Great and everybody love it! I put a little brown sugar after the pasta sauce boiled to omit the sour taste at the end.
