- 1 btl. olive oil (to have on hand)
- 2 lb. mussels (debearded and closed)
- 2 lb. medium shrimp uncook (unpeeled)
- 2 lb. whitefish (cod, halibut, etc)
- 8 pieces pork chops (sliced, loin)
- 3 cans green chile (sliced)
- 10 pieces chicken (I use drumsticks for ease)
- 16 oz. tomato sauce
- 2 packets rice (Saffron, Buy as many as it makes - see back of packet)
- 1 coffee
- 1 packet rice
- 3 cans chicken broth
- 10 garlic cloves (Chopped, or to taste - the more the better!)
- 1 bunch parsley (Flat Leave, Chopped)
- 1 dash garlic salt (or to taste)
- 10 Tbsp. salsa (Spicy, or to taste)
