- 4 Tbsp. water
- 2 Tbsp. light corn syrup
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 tsp. lemon juice (I OMITTED THIS)
- 1/2 tsp. salt (kosher or sea)
- 2 sticks butter (at room temperature)
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 4 cups powdered sugar (sifted)
