- 500 grams wheat flour
- 4 eggs
- 30 grams bakers yeast
- 1.5 dL whole milk
- 1/2 orange juice
- 1 orange
- sugar (yellow)
- cinnamon

Directions
- In a container place the flour and make a hole in the middle where you should put the baker's yeast previously dissolved in a little water.
- Incorporate well and add eggs one by one, milk, juice and orange zest. Beat well until bubbles form.
- Cover with a damp towel and let rise for an hour and a half.
- Fry in small portions of oil with the help of 2 tablespoons.
- Absorb excess oil and pass each malassada through a mixture of sugar and cinnamon.
